Alpha Chi is a coeducational academic honor society. Since 1922 its purpose has been to promote academic excellence and exemplary character among college and university students and to honor those who achieve such distinction.
This site serves members of Alpha Chi National Honor Society Region VI, including chapters in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. Upcoming Conventions
Starting in 2009 we will be operating under the new conference format. In the past, regional conferences have been held separately in each of the seven regions every other year, on
even years. The regional conferences will continue to be held every other year, but all regional meetings will now take place in one central location. In 2010 the Regional/National Convention will be held at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 25-27.

The 2011 National Convention will be held in San Diego, California on March 30 through April 2.
